Refund policy

 

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the Gold Bar or Lip Locket. All Gold Bar and Lip Locket Necklace sales are final.

 

If you’re not satisfied with your makeup products, we will gladly offer an exchange or refund on products within 14 days of purchase from jilliandempsey.com. Refunds will incur a $5 processing fee per item. Please email us at inquiries@jilliandempsey.com to initiate a return.

 

For international returns: We do not accept returns on international orders. All international sales are final.
