      Wonderful white!

      Just like other Jillian Dempsey products, this eyeliner can be used in various ways and I love that. I used it as a base before applying my eyeshadow to make the colour pop even more and it didn’t disappoint. It is highly pigmented so you get a satisfying result quickly and without using too much product. I definitely recommend it!
